You will fill out a food questionnaire.
I will go over your food questionnaire with you, either via email, on the telephone, or in person. I will answer any questions you may have.
I will also need to know about your kitchen set up. The kitchen must be clean on cook days because I will need to use your counter space, sink,
stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
After we have discussed your needs and the foods you are interested in, I will make a customized menu for you. After you approve the menu, we will schedule your first cook day. I require a deposit of 1/2 of the total due before the cook day and the balance on the cook day.
The morning of the cook day I go grocery shopping, come to your house,
unload the groceries, cook, clean up, put your meals in the freezer or refrigerator and leave.
I will leave a menu and heating instructions at your house. When you
come home, you will find a clean kitchen and delicious food in your freezer just waiting for you to heat it and eat it. I can leave one meal (or more) in the refrigerator for that evening's meal.
We can then schedule your next cook day for 2 weeks out and I will send
you a new menu for approval.
My prices start at $300, and varies by serving size, number of servings, driving distance, types of foods, etc.
The average menu plan is (2X10), two people for 10 meals, or (4X5), four
people for 5 meals. (That would be dinner for 2 people M-F for two
weeks or dinner for 4 people M-F for one week.)

I can package dinners in varying quantities, depending on the size of
your family.
Cook day gift certificates are wonderful for the new mother, someone getting out of the hospital, a wedding gift, helping out an elderly relative, etc.!
