I have decided to start the AIP diet (Autoimmune Protocol or Autoimmune Paleo) to cure my psoriasis. This diet helps with all autoimmune diseases. It is not a permanent diet, it is an elimination diet, so I will probably have to follow it strictly for 1-3 months until my symptoms start to disappear. Then I can slowly start adding foods back into my diet, if they don't cause a problem (flare up of psoriasis) I can incorporate them back into my regular diet. Excluded are the regular things on Paleo in addition to eggs, nuts, seeds, spice from seeds and all nightshades. That means, no eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, mustard, pepper, etc. Wish me luck!
This is one of the first AIP meals I made.
